Went in for an oil change, very fast. But I asked for conventional oil and the rep confirmed with me that I wanted conventional. He said he would write it down. Once time to pay he was trying to charge me for a blend and then told me they don't carry conventional oil anymore and that they put a blend of synthetic oil in my car. I personally don't like that because my car is old and could cause problems. And plus it would have just been better to let the customer know ahead of time. Also I was suppose to receive a multi point inspection and I don't think it happened because I didn't receive my usual check list. I do not blame the rep that cashed me out because he was not who I initially met with. But I really wanted to see what toyota analysis of my car was for the inspection and did not get it.

This is the worst place to buy a car! All they care about is selling a car. They don't care if the car has been properly inspected or if you get everything they promised you. They just want the sell. This happened to me twice at Nalley Toyota. The first time the tires were near bald, I didn't get the sirius satellite radio or the floor mats I was promised. I was really pressured into buying the car and once I did I regretted it. 4 years later, I get a letter saying they are paying top dollar for trade in on that particular car. I was a little anxious to get out of that car so I went back to them after I vowed I wouldn't. I knew what I wanted. They found it at Nalley Ford but I had to buy it from them. I wanted to take it to my mechanic to make sure everything was good. When I get there the next day, they pretty much have drawn up all the papers like I've bought it! The finance manager assured me that they go through 100 point inspection and if there was anything wrong with the car they would know and have it fixed before selling it. It was January so it wasn't until April that I realized the air conditioner didn't work on the passenger side. A month later the panel on the windshield came off. Only for me to find out that they replaced the windshield but didn't properly replace the panels. They just glued them on and was gonna try to charge me 350 per panel for them to be put on right. Not only that, when I bought the car they told me that they handle all of the paper work with the insurance company. Little did I know that I was riding around uninsured for 2 months because they didn't notify my insurance company. I trusted that they did because that was the one thing they did right when I got the first car from them. Had the finance company not called me, I would've never known. Nalley Toyota don't care about anything but a sell! I will never buy from them again!

I just purchased my 9th car over the past 18 years and of all the previous 8 times I visited a dealership to purchase a car, no prior time was ever as SMOOTH and QUICK as my experience with Chandra Mayo at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. I definitely suggest asking for her. She was completely upfront with everything and made my purchase experience the smoothest it has ever been. My father and I were extremely happy. This was also the quickest sales process we ever experienced. We were in and out of there in one hour. No hassle, no problems. Def suggest this place and Chandra Mayo.

I went in for standard service. They said that I needed an alignment. (I got one in the last 60 days) The service person mentioned the numbers so I asked for the paperwork showing me how off it was. She said the printers were not working properly but had no problem printing my receipt. Didn't even offer to email it to me. I've had about 4 different people drive my car to tell me my alignment was fine. This tells me that they didn't test drive my car after being serviced like every other Nalley dealer I've gotten my car serviced at.

With me being a first time buyer, I was a bit nervous. Richard took amazing care of me and my dad from the moment we walked in the door till the very second we left. He not only made me feel comfortable, but he also provided an exceptional amount of information that a first time buyer should understand. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have never received customer service like this ever. He was very thorough in describing the different types of vehicles I was interested in. He even offered to show them all to me! I felt very confident with my decision thanks to Richard! The rest of the staff were also extremely friendly which made the experience as well. I would highly recommend going to this dealership, not only because it's a Toyota, but also because of the customer service. I knew i was in good hands when I made my final decision. Thank you to the Toyota team for a wonderful experience and for my beautiful new car!
