I came to their dealership this past weekend to look at a car, which turned out to be purchased prior to my arrival. I was greeted by Aaron, and he assured me that they had other vehicles I could view; I was a little disappointed but gave it a go anyways...look at a view and found one I was liked a test drove. The car drove fine but there was just something I wasn't sure about. I ended up leaving and to check out a few other dealerships and just something didn't feel right. After giving a couple others a try, I gave Greg a call to see the car I like was still available and it was so we ended up going back--I gave it one more test drive and I was 1000% sold. A few hours later and the car was mine! I ended up coming back because there was no pressure with Aaron and Greg... they knew how big a deal this was for me and wanted to make sure I was happy and ended up with the right car for me. They were super patient and helpful throughout the entire process, and overall had super good vibes!! I would definitely recommend them and am happy beyond words. Thanks guys!

I think they are great for helping you to find a vehicle.  The employees were very welcoming.  The process for getting your tag was a little different. I did not receive mine because they forgot to include my apartment number.  It was supposed to be mailed to  my home address.

Just purchased a Mazda 3 from Mazda of Roswell.  Was treated respectfully and did not encounter the usual car buying annoyances commonly on display at other dealerships.  Aaron took personal ownership of the transaction and worked diligently to achieve a win-win result.  Greg Martin was truly eager to assist as needed to complete the car buying process and to provide a successful vehicle orientation experience.

Aaron was the guy you need and have to ask for when coming here. He is a very knowledgeable and personable. As someone who has no experience with Mazda I needed someone like him to help me out. He gave me so much information about my vehicle and really fought to make sure that I ended up leaving happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend people to buy from this location and this will most likely be the place I call when looking for my next vehicle!

After purchasing 7 cars over the years at this dealership, I am a true Mazda fan, my last experience was one I will never forget in a very negative way. Besides being blocked by one of the floor personnel trying to hustle me during my initial contact on purchasing a used vehicle, the situation took an even greater turn for the worse.  I was interested in a particular vehicle and some of the personnel were  very pleasant to work with.  The individual that initially blocked me I refused to work with.  I did not purchase the particular vehicle in question but instead purchased from another dealership as I was not purchasing a Mazda at the time. I had a trade-in where I was assured that I would get a refund on Gap and warranty.  Long story short, after weeks emails, calls and one very heated discussion with a finance manager where I was berated and told that my check would not be cut at a particular time since the overriding issue for accounting was cutting paychecks, I discovered after 4 weeks that the dealership had never put in for my warranty reimbursement.  It took weeks of my time,  my contacting the warranty company personally and my following up in a very aggressive way to get the job done.  This was no small amount of my money this dealership was essentially holding since they never filed for my reimbursement as they legally are required to do.  Additionally I was told by the finance individual that he never received my email of the forms just to be told a week later he had, no consistent story could be given and I was continually told just to wait, and wait.  Return phone calls were also never made as promised.
Long story short, I would advise to always buy a Mazda but to NEVER buy from this dealership. I believe that the reason I did not get my warranty filed was since I backed out of a purchase, otherwise this situation would be due to a complete lack of consideration and knowledge of the job as it should have been done by finance.  Again, 7 cars over the years here but this dealership has become the epitome of "shady used car salesmen"...
