My father and I had an absolutely terrible experience with the General Manager, John Prattes. John was extremely rude to us, showing no respect nor professionalism. He tried to be discrete with his racism when he waited for us to step outside of the dealership to ask us where we were from. "Where we're from" shouldn't matter when you're trying to sell a car. He said "this is how we do business in Atlanta." Absolutely not. Being rude and disrespectful is not how you run a business anywhere in the world. He proved to us that he truly has no genuine care for his customers when he said, and I quote, "we don't need to like each other, it's all about the money". Well if you care to grow your business, you need to care for and respect your customers first. We definitely won't be coming back to this dealership again.

Had a fan out of balance, they replaced it. Service was great. Even washed my car after repairs. It was an easy and stress free experience.

Thank you Matt Williams for taking care of my situation! Shame on sales and Jonathon Torres. I can't believe he had the audacity to call to congratulate me on getting a key that I was promised and paid for at my sale. The key was never ordered and they were doing what they should have done a month ago when I bought the car. After 6 days of trying and waiting for the mistake to be rectified, I was met with having to resolve it on my own. When I tried to get help from the dealership I was met with unanswered messages, roadblocks, and refusal to help on a mistake created by the sales team. You guys owe Matt Williams for making the situation a little better than it was. Otherwise this review would have gone a very DIFFERENT way.

I bought a used car from them which they gave me a good price on (even though they did pressure me to finance and pay more, eventually they did give me the advertised price without all the hidden charges so I can't complain. Pressure is expected, it's a dealership). It came with no warranty, as is. Then the next day, it wouldn't start. Obviously I was very upset but they repaired the vehicle for me at no charge and were very nice and respectful towards me. I was honestly kind of a jerk at first but they accepted my apology with grace. The car is the best one I've ever owned, I am very happy!

Never going back here again after buying car here and having years of service done here. Brought in the car for work to be done on the air conditioning because it wasn't getting cold, was told that AC compressor needed to be replaced. OK, that makes sense. Was then told that it would be over $2000 to replace it. Uh...ok... When questioned, they explained that it required them to "remove the engine" to access the area that the compressor was. I assumed that explained the ridiculous price and told them to proceed. They told me the car would be ready late the next day. That night I looked online and found the average dealer repair price was WAY below what the quoted me. Like not even in the same ballpark. The next morning I called the 3 nearest Volkswagen dealers to get quotes for the same exact service. I got prices ranging from $600 to $400 lower. And that is AFTER factoring in a "coupon" that Nalley applied and I am also factoring in the diagnosis fee (I asked each place what their diagnosis fee was and added that their quote for fair comparison). Since they had already started work I felt I was stuck. But when I confronted them about the price, they basically told me that I was lying and that it wasn't "really" less expensive everywhere else. Um, what? I get that dealers are more expensive than independent shops, I EXPECT to pay more at a dealer. But I DON'T expect to pay 50% MORE than other dealers in the same area. In fact, one of the places I got a quote from, Jim Ellis, I had previously done business with on a different car and will be switching to from now on for the Volkswagen. Nalley may have gotten a few hundred extra dollars out of me today, but my next car won't be from here and I'm never doing service here again. The repair did fix the problem and I will give them credit for doing the repair correctly. I just feel very ripped off and don't appreciate them acting like I was lying about the quotes from the other dealers because I wasn't. I would have been less angry if they had just admitted they charged more. I got quotes from Jim Ellis, AutoNation Volkswagen, and Volkswagen of Marietta.
