Patrick McPherson at Jackson Acura has been a superb sales manager that I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last almost 10 years. I have traveled from Miami, Florida 3-5 times to purchase a vehicle just because of the overall experience and satisfaction he has provided.

Our family has been using the service of Jackson Acura dealership for almost 10 years. Their service has never disappointed us but always go out of length to meet our needs. Paul the business manager is amazing. He has excellent knowledge about their products and offers and always make sure we got the best service. I highly recommended them to anyone.

I've always used Jackson Acura for their good service and I expected no less with the car buying experience. Selecting and buying a car here was great, and even better experience than I originally thought. Patrick was an awesome sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the entire inventory, not just the Acura. He listened to me briefly share my needs, budget, and style desires before instantly showing me three cars that were absolutely for me. Patrick was patient and calm, never once coming off as a pushy sales person. After all if the vehicles I've purchased, I've never been in and out of a dealership so quickly with EXACTLY what I want. Overall I would say my experience with Acura has been good. Working with Patrick made it great. I already referred my neighbor and definitely plan to recommend to my friends and family.

One of the best car-buying experiences I have had. We came in to Jackson Acura to look and our salesman Sergei took time to show us all the features of the car we were interested in. We said we were looking at other brands and received absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision. When we came back to make the purchase the process was smooth and did not take an overly large amount of time. In addition, Sergei took the time to set all of the customizable settings on my car. He has called several times to make sure I am happy with my purchase and to see if I have any questions about my car.

As you enter this beautiful Jackson Acura dealership, you will be greeted by  their wonderful receptionist. Whichever salesperson is available, you will be impressed with their level of knowledge and their willingness to work with you. When you do choose the Acura that best suits your personality, the finance managers will guide you every step of the way. All of these employees in the sales department are exemplary and all look out for your best interest. 
Once you buy a Jackson Acura, it is the service department that keeps you coming back to buy your next Jackson Acura. From the service manager and his team of service personnel to the service techs to the most friendly service receptionist, I am always welcomed and ALWAYS taken care of with integrity and excellence. They are the reason that I return to ONLY this dealership year after year. 
As a side note, the guest lounge is absolutely beautiful-- a large TV, comfortable chairs, private phone rooms, a large kitchen area serving all kinds of drinks, snacks, and freshly ground Starbucks coffee. There is an abundance of seating - highboys, the kitchen bar, as well as another bar overlooking the state of the art service area.
Harvey Jackson had a vision of excellence for every department of his dealership, and he has created this in Jackson Acura.
