Honestly a one of my best experiences at a dealer. Salesman I worked with was super awesome and not pushy like you would expect at any other dealer. He was honest and shared his opinion and it helped narrow down our decision to get exactly what we wanted.

When we got to the money side of things, we got a deal we were really happy with. Got more for my traded in than I expected to get from any dealer, and they got the price down to what I basically asked for. paperwork was quick and I left super happy with our brand new Tucson.

Been a fan of Hyundai vehicles for awhile and this experience totally will keep me as one. Ill easily recommend anyone I know to check them out.

I purchased a used car only to find out it didn't come with a spare key which should have been disclosed before the contract was signed. Chris Smith the General Manager assured me he would do everything possible to satisfy this situation. That was Aug.3 and he has yet to return any of my calls. To top it off, I was given a book bio of Rick Case and how he views every customer as family. I guess I'm the black sheep of the family...because I'm black 😂. Didn't want to go there but that's how I feel.

Tried to call to schedule service after receiving a recall notice. I called several times and no one answered. I then tried to schedule an appointment via chat. The girl asked a few questions then asked what servicing I needed. I told her and she said she couldn't schedule recall appointments, but she'd have someone from the service department call me. Not surprisingly, no one did. I then attempted to schedule it online and the online calendar says they don't have Saturday appointments for the rest of the year (maybe even further than that, but I gave up after that long). Good luck getting an appointment there.

I bought my last car here. Very happy with my purchase. Salesman,  John Henry was very easy to work with,  have been back for service,  and was also satisfied with the service department.

The folks at service center are helpful and the salesmen do their job, but apart from that it's a great place to get your 10 year 100,000 miles warranty.

Am just bummed and surprised Hyundai in GA doesn't allow all electric car. Their manager had no clue why.
