Service team repeatedly failed to fix the wifi in my Volvo XC90, each time telling me it was fixed when they gave it back. Additionally, one of the employees took my car home overnight with a stop on the way. -They never mentioned it or asked my permission. I wouldn't have known had I not seen the travel on my Volvo app. When I called to ask about it, the service manager failed to call me back and when I tried to reach the GM, same. I was courteous and curious as to their protocol and just wanting answers. (More flies with honey being my ineffective tactic with this team.) When they returned the car, the driver side footwell was filthy and there was grease all over my almost never used cargo area -like they were hauling something in it. They also took my California Duster out of the car and didn't put it back in. When I asked for it back, I was told they'd send me a new one but never did. They offered to clean the car but I told them repeatedly that I couldn't make a 40 mile round trip (after doing so 3 times in a row to fix something that still doesn't work) to have my carpets cleaned. The salespeople in this dealership are great but I would warn against servicing your vehicle here. I've switched my service to Dyer and Dyer Volvo and the team there has been stellar.

My last several visits to this Volvo Service Department have been less than stellar. I recently had my car in because of a damaged mirror. I was quoted a price and left them my credit card number & my car because I had to travel. When a family member went to pick my car up, they couldn't find my credit card information anywhere, so she had to leave her cc until I could get back to town. To make matters worse, when I arrived home and saw the bill, the charged amount was more than I was quoted. Their explanation... the quote didn't include taxes & fees. Really? What's the point of a quote of service if it isn't going to match & why wasn't I told that up front? While they did work to remedy the situation after some back & forth and make good on their quote, it was a process I shouldn't of had to go through and there was never an explanation as to what happen to my credit card information that was written down & subsequently "misplaced". In addition to the repair cost ordeal, they sent me a "recommended" list of things that needed repair that totaled well over $1000. This included telling me I needed two new tires, because supposedly two of my tires were at a 4, even though I had just purchased a whole new set 6 months prior. I was in shock. This prompted me to take my car back to the place where I purchased the tires and watched the tech perform the same diagnostics test Volvo claimed they performed. The reading came back 9 two tires and 7 on the other two. How is it that the reading could be so drastically different? Plus, I took my car into Volvo with a "Tire Pressure Low" light on & asked for it to be checked & my car came out of the shop with that light still on and no resolution. They also knocked off a switch that controls the movement of my passenger seat, which was not replaced. My list could go on and on. At the end of the day, while I had a wonderful buying experience with the sales rep at Volvo for my car, and can't say enough great things about Anthony, the subsequent visits for service have been less than ideal.

Very very bad sales service. I have been to this location (North Point Volvo) with my family to test drive and get a quote on the XC90. When We walked in the lady at the reception took all are details and told us it's gonne be a 30min wait. Being a Saturday we said it's fine n waited. After 1hr I checked with the lady and she said we are next. Just then a family came in and the sales person who came from the test drive walked them to the car while we were still waiting. It was close to 2 hrs we been waiting and when I again checked at the reception the lady said tht the family who just came had an online reservation. If they had an reservation already ahead of us then Y didn't she mention when I went twice to check with her.I told her this is not the way you treat your customers. She then was calling someone over the phone when we were leaving. They don't have the minimum courtesy to tell their customers who have been waiting for so long. We just left without even doing a test drive...

I've been to a few places to have my Volvo's oil changed, and no one does a better job than North Point Volvo... SERIOUSLY. Their prices are competitive, yet they go above and beyond the typical oil and filter change service. I appreciate that they also perform a full system inspection, reset the "need service soon" message (believe or not I've used service centers that don't reset the message), as well as give my vehicle a good cleaning afterwards. North Point Volvo is a bit of a drive from my home, but it is worth the trip.
