Thanks to the likes of Amazon and companies that have set the bar high in the retail and shopping industry, we have become an entitled consumer base and always anticipate, expect and, yes, even demand a high quality of service and, as importantly, a superior buying experience.

We recently purchased two vehicles at Zumbrota Ford for my teenage daughters, one who is in high school and the other who is attending college.  The entire car buying experience at Zumbrota Ford is unlike my experiences with other dealerships.  They get it!  They understand and have in many ways perfected their customer-centric business model.

This dealership, which is located in a small, Midwestern community in Southeastern Minnesota, continues to impress us with their commitment and continued ability to provide an amazing sales experience.  Here are just a few observations that are noteworthy:

1) Car Selection - they may not have a huge lot of inventory, but they will find the car that meets your specific needs and wants - whether on their lot, by acquisition of auction or working with other dealerships in the area
2) Quality Product - admittedly, I am not a Ford fan, however, over the past 8 years, I have purchased four vehicles through this dealership for myself and children and all have met or exceeded expectations
3) Solution Providers - as we all know, things can surface throughout a sales engagement.  This dealership is able to overcome these challenges as they have an uncanny skill and commitment to finding solutions to problems
4) Integrity - I have had the unfortunate situation, like many of you, of having poor, maybe even nightmarish, experiences with other dealerships.  I trust Zumbrota Ford to always do the right and fair thing
5) Great Staff - Steve Johnson has a great Team at Zumbrota Ford.  Everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to see that their customers are treated with respect

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Todd Fitzgibbons!  Todd is one of the dealership's greatest assets and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

I strongly recommend Zumbrota Ford to anyone looking to service or purchase a vehicle.

Very happy with my experience at Zumbrota Ford, Drew was knowledge and patient as I test drove vehicles. He worked hard to get me into a vehicle I loved while still working within my budget. Not my first purchase from Zumbrota Ford and definitely will not be my last.

This dealership is worth the drive no matter where you live.  Nick is the greatest sales rep.  He will take the time to listen to what you want and the needs you have.  He is not going to push you into any car, he will make sure you have the "best" car for you and your family.  When we need another car, Nick at Zumbrota Ford is my first call.......Thank you Nick for all your help.

I absolutely love Zumbrota Ford and the staff, especially Drew.  We always have an amazing experience.  Crazy thing the experience continues to improve with every visit...just when you think the experience can't be topped, they do!  My wife and I are so grateful for Zumbrota Ford.  They have literally changed our lives.  There absolutely are in the business of helping people.
