Edit: Since my purchase I have had issues getting the information corrected on the title of the vehicle, My car is Dark Iron Blue, the title that was submitted by Lindsay VW says that the car is green. I have brought this to their attention several times and was told that their finance department was looking into it. This was the last time I heard anything. The disappointment is starting to set in.

This was one of the best purchasing experiences I have had. The general manager was at the front door, assisted in the experience and made sure we were getting the best experience his dealership could provide. I have to say that was a change from most dealerships, in a good way. The sales staff were knowledgeable and did not push a sale. The finance staff were professional and efficient. I would recommend and would definitely do business again.

Came here after going to another dealership to find an affordable car with several specifications.  The differences between the first one and Lindsay Volkswagen were astounding. While my experience with the first resembled the classic dealership-- being pushed to buy a car that I wasn't sure about immediately-- here, the place was clean and well-lit and the staff was very warm and friendly. They basically treated us like family. Jon was helpful, funny, and professional,  and after listening to what we wanted in a car provided several good options. We test drove one car and it was perfect. Jon also took the time to introduce us to the service staff, who were extremely knowledgeable. The finance staff was efficient in getting all the paperwork done and I drove off the lot with the car, signed, sealed, and delivered, less than four hours afterward.

I live about 5 hours away but a friend of mine was buying the same car as I was so he got me a good deal to get it at this dealership. I made the trip down and purchased the car(keep in mind this was in December and it was getting dark at the time). Once I drove home and pulled the car in the garage I noticed the entire front end was covered in chips! I guess that’s what you get for getting a good deal on a brand new car. How does this even happen on a car with under 500 miles? Not a single rock hit the car on the trip home. They offered to bring it back to fix but obviously I’m not going to drive back 5 hours. It would have been nice if they contacted a body shop near me and offered to pay for the fix.

I bought a VW Golf with Josh's help. Josh was extremely responsive through emails I send asking questions before coming in. He made the process so simply and stress free. His honest upfront was extremely helpful. We ended up spending a lot of time talking about cars and sports.  He also spotted a mistake  I made in the paperwork and was able to solve it quickly. Thanks Josh!

My experience at this dealership was great. When I first arrived, I was promptly greeted by a friendly and welcoming salesman, Steven. As always with buying a car, I had many questions and concerns that were all answered honestly and had all of my concerns put to rest. Steven was very knowledgeable, patient, and an overall pleasure to work with. I have never had such a positive experience as I did buying a car as I did with Steven at Lindsay Volkswagen. A+ for customer service.
