Fantastic service and customer care. Jeff was awesome and I can’t tell you how nice it was to not be hounded or hovered around. He took all of the time needed to answer all of my questions and maximize my discounts but was willing to leave us alone to shop as well. Perfect balance. We found exactly what we wanted. Chandra was extremely patient and helpful. She spent a lot of time going back and forth with us working with all of our request. She was a very goodnight listener and remembered what our very specific needs were for our home. I appreciate everything she did to be accommodating. It was a memorable experience. Jeff made my shopping experience so easy. I had been searching for the perfect buffet for my dining room and had stumbled across one that I loved. He showed me all the options in my very specific taste and found the perfect coffee table that matched the finish of the buffet that I wanted on his very first pick! Then, he went above and beyond to work with my budget and worked on getting my delivery fee only charged once even though I had two different delivery dates for my furniture. I can not speak highly enough about Jeff. I will be coming back to this location when I decide to purchase more furniture and I will ask for him again!

I seen a lot of deals online but decided to go into the store so that I could actually see and touch the product. I was hunting for a dresser for my 2 yr old daughter's room. I met Jeff who was my salesman and he understood my needs and was very knowledgeable about his products. I definitely recommend asking for Jeff for any help on your future purchases, I know I will!!! Thank you Jeff....you ROCK! Also, Steve Ferris is AMAZING!!! Definitely a go to guy for future purchases!!!!

I got a great deal on a dining table and bench! My sales person was awesome. He had a great sense of humor and a lot of knowledge about the product. It was a very enjoyable experience. I like to shop the local stores to support the local economy but I also like to save money. The store matched the online special price and got it to me two weeks earlier than I could have gotten it online. It took a few more minutes to complete the transaction in the store but we’ll worth the trip. Plus, I got to actually see the product on the floor.
