Have purchased a dining room table, box springs, entertainment center and large sectional from this company.  

They are pleasant and easy to work with.  I recommend local friends to purchase furniture from Texas Furniture Hut.  We will be back in the future.

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years. First problem i had was a year ago. I bought a bed and paid for delivery. I waited for hours the day they were supposed to bring the bed. I finally decided to call and find out what was going on. They said they called and got no answer. At this time I had no missed call from these people, which I told them. I told them I was at home they could bring the bed. They then told me no the truck was gone and they wouldn't be able to bring it that day. I'm  like it was already schedulded. Long story short I slept on the floor for 3 days because that was the erliest they could bring it and I live 15 minutes away. Didn't  even reimburse delivery for my inconvenience which was their fault, WOW, Seriously!!!!!! 

Second incident, I should of learned the first time. I bought a matress which I was told had a 5 year warrenty. I decided to pick it up myself since they charged me 65 dollars  to bring it 15 minutes to my house after I spent over 700 dollars that day. On my way home the rain started to fall and the mattress was completely drenched. I called he told me to put the mattres outside to dry. I went back to the store the next day and told them the mattress was still  in the plastic it would only be that wet if the plastic had a hole which the should have told me about instead of loading it up and not say anything. Needless to say the mattes had a water stain from the rain and he said stains voided the warrenty. Seriously,  so a 5 year warrenty but if the mattress has a stain in 5 years the warrenty no longer covers the mattress. No help at all no exchange, nothing. Make sure whatever you buy is really what you want absolutely no refunds or exchanges. And make sure if you take it home yourself, it is fully protected before you leave the store, because they don't  care. Well they do until they get your money.
