This review is for their OUTLET. If you don't know, this store has both the regular inventory/merchandise and they have an outlet warehouse as well. I've been by this store on multiple visits and I appreciated the fact that we weren't pushed to buy something - and this applied to every visit. Jerry was a great person helping us out, answered the questions we had, and was very patient. I would recommend Jerry as well as the outlet if you are looking for something cheap but still decent quality. Just beware that most of the outlet merchandise might have some fault with it but barely noticeable. Oh, and that their stock changes almost every day so if you like it, you better get it cause it'll be gone the next time you're there.

A lady named Pam made a rude comment to my husband and I️ while looking for a bed for our toddler. Although they had nice furniture, we weren’t treated very well. We decided to go Gallery furniture and we spent less, as well as amazing service. Would not recommend this location.

I will preface this by saying that I don't typically write reviews. If I find a business I don't like, then I typically just stop giving them my business and go about my life. However, Rooms To Go has ticked us off so much that I will NEVER buy from them ever again. As a furniture business you only have to do two things 1) sell furniture and 2) deliver it. You're not curing cancer, not launching rockets into space, not building skyscrapers, bridges, or airplanes, just selling and delivering furniture. My wife and I bought a sectional couch in mid to late November. It was supposed to be delivered the December 14th. My wife went into labor with our child and we were recovering in the hospital which is 5 minutes from where we live so we needed 15 minutes notice to let the delivery guy in. They were supposed to call and let us know 30 minutes before they came and gave us a time windows that would make cable man blush. We get a call at 7pm (the very end of their window) that they were sitting in front of our house. We asked them if they could wait a few minutes and were told we needed to reschedule. The earliest they could reschedule was Jan 3. The day comes and they gave us a time window of 12pm-4pm. Get a call around 4pm that it should be there by 5:30-6. Call again at 6 and was told it would be 7-7:30pm. Called again and said they would come in the next hour. Called again at 9pm and was told the truck had problems and that we wouldn't get it until the next day but that they would prioritize us to be within the first few stops. They finally delivered it around 1:30-1:45pm with........the wedge piece of the sectional missing AND a small rip in the couch. Called them back and the earliest they could replace the damaged piece and the wedge for the sectional was two weeks. I lost it and demanded my delivery CHARGE (yes you are charged for a subpar delivery) back and asked what else they were going to do for all the trouble we have gone through. You know what they said "Sir you only had trouble with our delivery so why would we give you anything more back?"  The worst customer service I can ever remember. There are too many furniture stores to waste your time here and no sale or "deal" is worth the headache.

days ago I bought a lamp from their clearance and ask this person ALVARO to get it checked. He initially said that he will get it checked right at the cashier counter so I can go ahead and make the payment. After I made the payment, he said that I go to the customer pickup point and he is reaching there with my lamp and will get it checked there. When I reached the pickup point, he wasn’t there. The person handing me over the lamps didn’t know anything about its checking. I told him what this ALVARO committed inside. He called the ALVARO and to my surprise the person refused that he didn’t say any of such thing!! Further he asked me to cancel the order and take my money back. We had arguments and then he agreed to bring a bulb from inside and get it checked which he then did and which could have been done at the first place...on the contrary, at the same time I bought the same another lamp from the main store from Mr SMILEY with a 5 star deserving treatment however this ALVARO ruined it all...

Came in here ready to buy something I found online. Walked in, went over to the bed I was going to buy and waited about 20min.. only one employee was helping other people and they acknowledged me. The others were literally laying in a kids bed just talking. Less than ten feet away of me just standing there waiting for help. I don't think it was really necessary for me to go fetch them from the bed to help me when they should be doing their jobs in the first place.. ridiculous. I love the bed, will still order it online but don't really anticipate coming to this location again.
