Exceptional customer service. Brian is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure I purchased what I wanted. He is the absolute BEST! He is one of the kindest and patient individuals I have ever met. From the moment I walked in the store he genuinely wasn’t trying to sell me but wanted to understand what my needs were. I will certainly be back and I would like to extend my gratitude to him. I highly suggest anyone seeking new furniture, mattresses, etc go see Brian. Thank you so much for all your help and time Brian! You have a great team!

Please peeps, for the love of God, stay away from Ashley Furniture! My neightmare has been going on since the beginning of Feb, 2018. It is now the end of April, still unresolved issues! We purchased a dinning room set, charcoaled color with white fabric chairs. One chair had to be replaced, fabric was crooked and the table top, they had to bring out 5 different tops, each top was worse then the last. They were supposed to check each top before the loaded it on the truck, come on, you would think afte the third top that the manager in the warehouse, would be all over this! Out of frustration, I settled for the 5th damaged/scratched top with a little credit! On to the living room set. I bought a couch, loveseat, & recliner (all electric). The recliner stops midstream, you have to shake the cord to get it to operate. The way it was designed, the cord gets pinched in the chair when your reclining. Third time a technician has come out. We had to wait for the piece to arrive UPS, and now I had to wait two weeks after that for a service technician who is now coming to my home on a Saturday night between 6 and 9 PM really? Onto the coffee table and end tables. We purchased a set where the coffee table extends up and makes a table top so that you can eat on it and also store things in the table. When they took the coffee table off of the truck, it was crushed! Also, it was out of stock when the end tables 1st arrived but nobody told us that so I had to end tables but no coffee table. The smell of these tables From whatever stain they used, was so over bearing that we had to leave them in the garage to air out for three weeks before we could bring them in the house. The smell lingered so bad that we had to exchange them for another set of garbage from Ashley Furniture! Not to mention, they had to send a service technician who informed us that the table was not completely stained right he lied to us saying he was going to put it in for an even exchange for a different item but did not do that his report reflected one thing and his verbiage reflected another! The new table top and end tables have a granite look to the center but is nothing but plastic garbage that scratches very easily. The leges I’d the coffee table are not screwed into the wood, so the swivel. Overall, Ashley Furniture is nothing short of low-end furniture! Our salesman, what a smooth talker he was, promised us that if there were any issues, customer service would be right on top of it, they are located in South Carolina and are awful to work with. I learned a very valuable lesson with Ashley furniture and that is to run away from those doors as fast as I can. I would never recommend AF to anyone!! Not to mention, the girl at the front desk, I won’t say her name to save face, at the Bolingbrook store in Illinois, completely lied to me on the phone, telling me the manager was not available and that she was in a meeting she would pass on my message which she did not. After numerous phone calls to the store, we had to march in there and try to keep our peace and speak with the manager. She was totally oblivious to what was going on and took care of us right away. I had to look at this person at the front desk and not say anything to her which was very hard! Our salesman, saw us there talking to the manager and not once did he come over to see what was going on, why would he for he got his commission! If there’s one thing I can say to any of you that may be reading this, please do not make any purchases at the Bolingbrook, IL store or any of Ashley Furniture stores. They sell complete garbage! I have purchased a lot of furniture in the last 20 years I have never had the problems like I endured at the Ashley furniture store in Bolingbrook Illinois!! Very, very disappointed…

I worked with Ramen at the Bolingbrook store to resolve an issue. Ramen was very knowledgeable about the store policies and he worked quickly to ensure satisfactory resolution of my concerns. He turned a challenging situation into a great shopping experience. I will definitely shop Ashley furniture again.

Sooooooo.... Let me first off start by saying this.... THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE MANAGERS...not the store itself but the OVER AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE that they provided me on 3.11.18. After my delivery didn't go as planned I visited the store to express my concerns. Typically my experiences usually just end with a blah apology with no real sincereness behind it. But after the store manager KAMELA KAJTEZOVIC & sales manager RAMEN AMMA reviewed my order and agreed with my concerns they went OVER & BEYOND to make the situation right for me and treated my 8yr old daughter beyond nice ❤ I have never been treated like this in my life and it wasn't asked for nor expected. Even though I was not pleased with the mix-up I will continue to shop at this location because THOSE MANAGERS ARE BEYOND AWESOME.. Give them a raise! Thanks Kamela & Ramen... You guys deserved this about out!
