Went to rent on sunday @ 02:30 but the posted closing time is at 03:00. According to the lady at Avis, the computers were down because it was close to closing time. ;)   So how do the computers at the airport Avis work 24 hours then? confused.    They need to adjust their closing time to reflect when they actually close, which is 02:00.

By far the worst car rental agency I have ever used in my life. Mother/Daughter sales team is the most disrespectful, unhelpful people I have ever come across in my 15 years in customer service. It's as if they don't want you to rent from them. Avis should be shamed to have them represent their company. I will never use this Avis location again.
