Enterprise has been my source of rental cars for 25 years.  I have sourced at many of their locations.  I love most the this location. The administration is alert, prompt, intelligent and dependable.
What I love most is....they create this sense that I am a part of the Enterprise family.  You Go....660 Glynn....keep up the remarkable service.

Watch your credit/debit cards for unauthorized charges! I rented for 3 months and within a week of turning in my vehicle every card that I had ever used to pay was hit with charges of random amounts. I had to cancell all my cards and dispute the charges with my bank. According to enterprise, I now have a balance due...I'd love to know why after the costumer service rep told me there was no balance.

Customer representative was great! The policies of Enterprise are not. No credit card? Jump through hoops to get a rental, and we will take out extra money from your bank account and hold it for days, never mind if you may need that money for something. Having a credit card does not mean you actually have money on that card, just saying.

The customer service was great and a car was brought around pretty quickly. The car was not cleaned or washed after previous customer use and just advised they were short on help. The vehicle itself, a Jeep Patriot, is not something I would ever rent again, although good on gas the drive itself was not sturdy and acceleration felt hindered.
