Picked car up at 7:30am because I needed to get on the road early. Pleasant and efficient staff member. However, vehicle was supposed to be non smoking, and seemed ok (was aired out with doors open for pickup) it obviously had been smoked in. Everyone who got in noticed the smell. Also, the car only had a quarter tank of gas, which meant that I had to take time (in a hurry remember) to fill it up, and calculate how to return it without "donating" gas to enterprise!
A clean, non smoking car with gas isn't too much to ask.

We had to pick up a car because ours was totaled in an accident. The car was being provided by our insurance company. The car we were provided was a Dodge Dart. I was really happy that the agent did a complete walk around with us to highlight any exterior damage. We should've done an inspection of the inside. We found chips and bottle caps underneath the front seats. There were trash receipts door compartments and underneath the mats. It looked like someone had accidentally smeared black eyeliner on the back seats and on the passenger seat. I'm not sure how they would've cleaned that, but I would have expected it be done. We didn't bother taking the car back as it's a pretty small, homey location so, I couldn't imagine the others being much better. The woman who helped us rent the car was extremely nice and thorough. I'd like to see more employees like her. Her coworker, the bald man, not so much. When we informed that woman that we hadn't received a courtesy call about the return date for our vehicle, he switched with her to "handle the problem". I guess he's the guy they use for "difficult" customers as he is very abrasive while he's assisting. Maybe they should pair him with the woman who helped us and she could show him how to be a little less ornery. The location is a little difficult to reach as it's wedged in next to a gas station. There are maybe four or five spots in front of the location and i'm not sure if the spots on the right side of the building are for customers or rentals (maybe both), but the parking on the left side is for the gas station/liquor store. I can't imagine that being ideal on busy days as we went on a pretty slow day and parking was a challenge. Overall, I would probably only use this location if I couldn't make it to the one in Newnan. I've been hit 3 times since I've moved here and used that location each time and had pleasurable and efficient experiences.

The service people I worked with were very professional and courteous. They handled everything at the counter and the price I got was the exact price that was quoted on the website. Would recommend this store to anyone who asked

The Peachtree City location has an excellent staff. They have always been very prompt and respectful. The customer service from a staff perspective is top notch. However, I have rented a car three timrs from this location and the detail department is HORRIBLE! The cars I have rented are dirty on the inside and out. Trash on the inside as well. I spoke to Jaime, the manager there and even though he was very accommodating has yet to remedy the problem. Once he gets this problem taken care of this location willl be a 5 star business.

I LOVE my local location.  You are in and out quickly and it's always professional.  Also it's great when they offer the 9.99/day weekend special!
