Great Experience! Very nice Hyundai vehicle. Drove silently while babies slept! Noiseless Engine but fuel consumption was little higher than I expected. No cruise control either! Drop off was seamless with quick hop, skip and jump to catch my flight and luggage trolleys now available for a fee!!!

Rented a Standard SUV from Alamo's Atlanta location - this was my third time renting from them and first in Atlanta. The process from reservation to return was virtually painless with great customer service at every checkpoint. The front desk was very flexible in accommodating changes in reservation. I got a Nissan Pathfinder with 12K miles on it and it worked just like new. This is what I love about Alamo - their vehicles are maintained well. Alamo is my preferred car rental service but I would love them to have a mobile app for US customers as well as a premium subscription insider program, similar to Enterprise. I would sign up in a heartbeat.

The use Alamo at least once a month maybe more. The service is excellent, the staff is always friendly. And I have only had one issue with a car I rented and the staff member I reported too wrote down all the issues before i left the building. Would highly recommend this Alamo location to anyone.

First, i would like to say using the self check-in kiosk was a breeze, other rental locations had long queuing lines but i didnt have to wait in line, just jumped on the kiosk and filled out the info, and off i went, took about 5 minutes since there quite a few prompt. Service lady showed me the locations of the cars and gave me a free upgrade (SUV), what a wonderful lady, God bless her. vehicles are clean and smelled fresh, simply grab and go. car run smoothly, and seemed well maintained. unlike some other placed were their cars run rough and have maintenance lights on. checkout was also a breeze, since i was catching a flight, pull in, sign, inspect and done. overall, this was my best car rental experience, and i wont rent anywhere else again. Great job guys.

Truly the most professional people at this location in the industry. 
I lost a very important item in one  their rental cars . They recovered the item within minutes without a hitch. I'd like to thank the staff and crew for their honesty and kindness. I highly recommend the Alamo at the Atl int. Airport.
