For about 50% less than I would pay for the other car rental companies, I received the same and in some cases superior service. The pick-up/drop-off center was at the same location as AVIS. I had a short line with three employees working the desk. I received a respectable small SUV for the 5 days I was in Atlanta. I received a text on the day of drop off with a link compatible with my Google Maps (very nice). I pulled up and was on my way to my flight within 2 minutes. You can go ahead and pay double at other companies, if you want... Me, I'm coming back to SIXT. 

The complaints I read are not unique to this company. For example, no car company at the Atlanta airport will rent you a car without a return flight. Too many people stole cars and this is the policy of all car rental companies in Atlanta.

I rented a car with SIXT at the Atlanta airport. They were very helpful and helped me get into a rental right away. The rental transaction was very smooth and they helped get me the right prices for a rental. They even gave us a 2018 rental. The staff was great. I will definitely rent a car from this company again.

The person at the front counter was very helpful and efficient in getting us setup quickly. The staff in the garage that helps you get the keys is courteous and helpful as well. The return process was smooth as expected.

Our service was very fast. The car we were given was exactly what we were expecting. Pick up and drop off was fast, simple, and the employees were nice. We got a great deal and since we did not cause any damage, we were not charged for any. I would definitely recommend Sixt for price and convenience and will most certainly be renting from them again.

I had prepaid for my car rental online.
When I went to this center I found out they don't rent cars to local renters.
Staff was rude!
When you book a car rental they would let you prepay and even if you specify you are not coming by a plane they let you book and prepay.
When I reached I was denied the car rental.
I talked to multiple people at the customer care and nothing.
I had to ho back after travelling 40 miles
They would con you!
When you book online there's one line in Rental Information section that says this center only supports Airport Customers.
These thugs took my 370$ and I got a response that it was specified in the rental Agreement.
So if you want to rent from Sixt plz ready every line of the 800 line long Rental Agreement and 800 line long Terms and Conditions.
