Horrible service.  3rd time they stood me up at this location.  This time they said car was ready and when I got down to where I was supposed to pick up my car I waited for 20 minutes.  Staff in lot acted like I was inconveniencing them. You're telling me that you can't figure out when you have and don't have cars?  Never again Thrifty, never again!

The reservation was easy, but the line was long and it was because they wanted to sell everything under the sun , even towing insurance. What a crock! If their car dies on the road they should pay for the towing and get me a fresh car immediately. They kept harassing me until I almost walked away.  This was in Vegas and I will never use them again!

Terrible customer service UNTHRIFTY!!! I told the lady at the front desk I did not want any insurance through thrifty and they charged it to me anyway. When I called to contest the charge they told me there was nothing I could do. Thanks a lot unthrifty! My $75 quote turned into $170 by a mistake by you.

i booked a 3 day full size suv for 1/28/17 from thrift at atlanta airport, when i got to the counter i asked the counter agent if he can tell me what vehicle i am getting, he replied "nissan rogue", i asked him if i could get anything else, he said yes no problem it is a "choice lot" & i would be able to choose from many different vehicles, I explained him that i dont want nissan rogue & i dont want to waste my time going down to the lot & i asked him if he can tell me what else is available, he said that he cant see what is available however he assured me that i will have many choices. When i got to the choice lot, they should call it "NO CHOICE LOT", there were at least 10 vehicles available however they were all "nissan rogues". How deceitful was that counter agent who lied to me just to get me to sign the contract. i would never rent from thrifty again

Thrifty was rather decent . It was affordable and had great car options . The only gripe I had was the extra fees  when I went to pick up my reservation . Over the phone the agent told me that my price would be my price . Obviously not. She also made two reservations under my name because she noticed that my flight came into town earlier than the time I requested to pick the car up so she made on closer to that time. Lastly , when I went to take my rental back , they did not return my rental in their system. The service agent claimed her system wasn't working so she took my a sheet from my rental contract . She said expect a confirmation email in about a half hour. I noticed after two days I never got an email and still getting charged  . I had to call corporate and tell them to return the rental and my extra money back. Besides that , I might ... might  rent with them again but just make sure I'm on top of everything (collect confirmations, names , ect.).
