My experience was excellent. I drove a Chrysler Pacifica.  Because my car was totaled in a car wreck.  I loved the experience so much, I went and brought one. The staff was very professional yet they were all very friendly.  The entire experience was great.

They are, by far, my favorite rental car establishment. Although they ran out of the type of car I wanted, I was still able to drive off with something bigger, for the same price. The size I preferred was available the next morning. The whole process was smooth and quick. I had the car for about a month, returned it, and my deposit was returned promptly.

I was told that if there was damage to the vehicle they would take the full deposit to cover it. I was not informed that there was a charge for the insurance for the day! And there was nothing online about these charges when I reserved my car rental. Surprise! My $49.99 charge for the day turned into $86.04! I was told they would take off the liability charge since I had my own liability insurance and they did not do that. Enterprise sucks the big one. Next time I'll go elsewhere and Uber or Lyft to the location!

My experience was wonderful!!! The staff there is always very helpful & friendly. I've never had a problem with my rental reservations or my vehicle. I will continue to rent from this location!!!!
