Truly excellent, personalized service. I had to make a last minute change and found the staff and manager to be understanding and accommodating. I rent here often and would not even consider another company at this point. Hope they keep up the good work.

Friendly staff and easy to find. Only a small collection of cars and you need to have a credit card. A debit card transaction required and employment and personal reference questionnaire (no joke).

I've rented from them three times now and every time they have had great options. They are always friendly and professional and go above and beyond to get me the best vehicle for a great price. The cars are clean and fun and I will be using them again in the future.

I expected to be in a compact rental car that I reserved weeks in advance.

When I arrived at the rental car company, they asked me would I like to upgrade from a compact car to a sports car for the same price.

I responded, absolutely.

New Ford mustang.

Superior customer service.

When I rent a car again, I'll request the same car or a convertible for the second price, or a little less depending on my reward points.

I rented a vehicle on a recent visit to Seattle. This was the easiest rental transaction I've had in some time. Unfortunately they didn't have the size vehicle I reserved but they did the right thing and provided me other vehicles to choose from. Sir Thomas went way above and beyond checking the vehicle over, cleaned the 2nd and 3rd rows of seats. I'd much rather pick up a behicle from this friendly neighborhood facility than the airport. Start to finish great experience.
