Most car rental locations are a file a dozen but at this Enterprise Georgetown location they have excellent customer service!

I have come here many times.  I am always greeted immediately, even if they are helping other customers. They always call before I pick up the car to confirm and they always call after to make sure everything was satisfactory.  I should also mention that the person that calls is always the one who checks you out. So you really do get a personal touch.

The Lake City Way Enterprise staff is fast, very friendly and helpful. They were out of my mid size car so the let me pick any car on lot and it was great!  After I'd returned my car I realized I'd left an expensive coat in back and sure enough, they had it. ( I'd say 90% of the time if I forget something, a car rental company says the didn't see anything).  Dropped me off where I needed to be.  Just a great experience all around.

The agent I worked with here was extremely nice and polite. She walked me through all the cars they have available on the lot and allowed me to choose the one that I wanted to drive. I had just been in a car accident where my car was totaled so this rental was covered by my insurance company. I was treated with courtesy prompt answers to my question and asked if I had had all the help I need. It was a very good rental experience.

Very fast check-in. The staff was very friendly at the Georgetown office in Seattle. I will definitely continue to use Enterprise in the. future.
