If I could give less than one star I would!! Biggest scam out there. We rented a mini van for 3 days and asked for insurance on it which we were told was $54 and change. Great! We ask for it. But was told we needed to put a $200 deposit in addition to the $260 it was to rent the van... ok. Thinking we would get the deposit back because the insurance WE ASKED ABOUT was only $54. We get here and we’re told we don’t get the additional $200 back because they run 4 different insurances on the car. Which we were NEVER told about! Just that insurance was $54. I’ve never left a review good or bad for a company but this is such a horrible way to do business.

2/5/18 Update: I previously reviewed this location and gave 4 stars. This location really does deserve the extra star. Although this location has a small staff, they seem to always pay attention to the details...A phone call a day ahead of time confirming pickup, clean vehicle waiting, friendly smiling faces waiting to greet you inside, speedy return process. Although there is a relatively small selection of vehicles, I've enjoyed the vehicles I've driven. Last weeks' rental experience was exceptional. A previous customer changed the language settings in the Infinity QX30 to Spanish, but thankfully the Enterprise team was able to get the language back to English and I was quickly on the road. The issues I had previously experienced with the old staff is no longer, thanks to Veronica for clearing house and getting a staff in here who really cares about a customers' complete rental experience! 

2017 Review: After a series of terrible rental experiences, the branch manager, Victoria, really seems to be turning this branch around. The pick up and drop off experiences were quick because there was no wait. No complaints, this experience is exactly how they all should have been. Thanks again Victoria for turning things around at this location.

My entire experience was considerably top -notch. From Jamie who handled my pickup to all of the wonderful ladies in the office, the entire staff could not have been nicer & more accommodating. They even offered to contact me if my desired vehicle became available. I would definitely recommend this location to others in need of rental services.

Fast and friendly service.  I gave only 4 stars because the vehicle I requested online wasn't available and I had to wait for it to be cleaned, take it "as is", or opt for another vehicle.  I opted for another vehicle since time was of the essence.
