Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am a very frequent user of Enterprise Rental vehicles, and I live in the area around the Garden City branch. It is only occasionally my rental is based from this location, but every single time I interact with that team, I am treated with respect and warmly ushered through the rental process. There have been hiccups, but I won't even put them here so that the genuine efforts of these people can be appreciated. I'd rather have professionally handled problems from a dedicated group of people than a smooth process with uninterested, rude personnel with no motivation or urgency - commonly encountered on my travels. I made reservations at the Lincoln Park, Michigan location. I was not satisfied with there customer service, only because I made a reservation for 7:30 and Brad called and left a voice message saying that there were no cars available until 10. I had an appointment that morning. He just seemed he really didn't care about my inconvenience. He didn't mention to me about checking with another location. He did nothing. Basically he like ,"oh well" . But I mentioned to him that I would check another location and I did. I called the East Garden City location in Michigan. Their customer service was on.100! Ashley was so helpful. She was very professional and friendly.. She got me in there and out with no problems. The entire staff was amazing! I will be going to that location from now on.

I had the best experience renting at this location. I can honestly say everyone who greeted or assisted at my arrival or when I returned the vehicle were truly great and gave excellent customer service. However I must speak separately regarding my experience with the Assistant Manager, Brad. I arrived late to pick up my rental very stressed, as I was running late for an out-of-town wedding. I had planned to immediately get on the road. Brad recognized my anxiety and worked hard but quickly to get me out in record time! He also upgraded my rental in order to help speed things up and ensure my comfort on the ride out of town. Thanks to his quick action and attentiveness, I made it my out out-of-town wedding just in time for the start! He also made sure I had everything I needed including insurance coverage, information for roadside assistance and gave me his card and contact information in case I needed anything. I'm not sure I've ever been so pleased with customer service provided by any company. Enterprise is very lucky to have such an awesome employee representing its company! Moral of the story: Go see Brad @ Enterprise! :)

Great customer service! They always helpful and kind. My husband and I have been going to this particular location for over 6 months now and while we have a few to choose from in our area, this is our location of choice. The entire staff is awesome. If you are in need of a rental, I highly recommend coming to this location.

Came in with my daughter for a car they were quick to the point and cleared everything needed to know. Very friendly staff. Garden city / Westland area Ford Rd.
