Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience was outstanding and memorable. I’ve been traveling for business the last 30+ years. This was the best Customer Service I have had at any car rental agency, ever! I must have spoken with at least 8 or 9 people between picking up the vehicle and when I returned. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They all seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and showed a genuine interest in me, their customer. Enterprise has taken a simple concept, that has become almost an impossible task today and made it look simple again. How wonderful it was that everyone was just nice to each other!

My experience here was amazing. I was in a bit of a pickle, because of a policy that dollar rental has. So, I walked across the street to enterprise and received the best service I could ask for. They really understood the situation I was in and even gave me an upgrade to make my day better. The whole staff was chatting with me, as opposed to sleeping in their chairs like so many other rental places. I will go back to enterprise every time. I highly recommend.

Absolutely love renting from here. I travel back and forth from Philadelphia to Detroit a lot and Enterprise is my go to place. The service is always top notch and I’ve never had to wait for anything. Usually get right on the shuttle, 5-6 minute ride to the office, and 5 minutes later I’m driving off. They really care about customer service and it shows. I had rented a full size vehicle my last trip and because of my knee surgery, was struggling to get comfortable. They ended up bumping me up to a Grand Cherokee free of charge because it gave me more room and comfort. Thanks guys!

The entire experience with my rental car was absolutely fabulous! Transportation from the airport was quick. The check in process may have been even faster. The vehicle that I rented was priced reasonably and the check out process including transportation back to the airport was the icing on the cake (extremely stress free experience). I will rent from them again!

This has to be the best rental car location to work with. Everyone greets you with a big smile. They have popcorn popping and water to give you for your trip. When we were there another time in the fall, they were cooking hot dogs on the grill. They have great prices and great customer service. You can't go wrong!
