The gentlemen at the Michigan Ave location provided me with great quality service from top to bottom. They accommodated me and made sure I was good!

I was very impressed with this Enterprise location, the employee's were very friendly and fast! I did not sit around waiting at all. It was a positive experience at a stressful time with my car being  in the shop.

My car was in an accident so went to Enterprise to rent a car. They were very good to me. Let me look at a couple of cars to see which one I would feel better driving. Actually I believe it was Eddie who helped me. I would highly recommend this location.

Absolutely disgraceful excuse for a business, terrible service, rude staff - DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I rent a car at least once a week all over the country and have done so for years, this is without a doubt the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen, and from a manager at that! This experience was so bad it has but me off ever renting from Enterprise again. You’ve been warned.
