Budget Car Rental

Shuttle pick up at the airport was convenient. The service people at the rental location were courteous and helpful. Very, very affordable in comparison to many other rental locations I checked out for the same kind of vehicle. Because my husband is 6'3" and all legs, I decided to upgrade from a Kia Optima (considered a full-sized vehicle) to a Ford Taurus, which had more leg room and was super comfortable to drive. It still ended up being less expensive for our whole trip than the other car rental places! Detroit roads are horrible to say the least with the non-stop gigantic potholes everywhere, but our car held up!

Wow. Terrible. No wiper fluid during winter storm. Gas tank not full. Car filthy. Not an apology. No one cares. Rent elsewhere.

Great price, great vehicle. I didn’t give 5 stars because: one of the employees assumed you rent cars every time and don't take time to inform you on the overall process and second the vehicle was clean inside but not on the outside. It would be great if the vehicles had a GPS but this don't influence how many stars. I think I'll rent again but if I get the same deal with for a cleaner car and more customer oriented staff I will go with the competition.

Pretty sure the clerk was sleeping at the counter when the 4 groups that were in the bus headed there walked in. Service wasn't too slow, but he didn't tell us what kind of car we had or if we were to fill out the pamphlet he gave us or not. Didn't pull cars up for us so we were wandering outside in single or negative temperatures trying to hear where our car was by pressing the lock button and listening for the beep. Price was reasonable enough that I might give them another shot

Worst customer experience and worst car rental service ever had. They said your car is ready and you can go .handed me the keys I was thinking the car should be perfectly fine . By the time I reach home I see the warning on and when I opened trunk I was a mess. When I reported the same to the customer service representative she behaved irresponsible. I suggest not to rent a car in Budget.
