Shortest Car rental Pickup/Drop off ever. Took like 5-10 mins for both times.

Staff is very friendly and they are very fast I was with a rental from carmax for 7day and the process only took no more then 10 minutes to rent the car and 5 to return the car. The only bad thing was that gas has to be exactly where it was when you return it. I had to pay $15 for 2gallons of gas that was not in the car when it was returned. But that is not the staffs fault that is there policy and I didn't not have time to fill it up due to my work schedule.

Easy.

My car wouldn't run so I needed to get a rental quick for work. The online experience was simple and easy. This Avis is located inside a Hilton. The Avis representative was polite and the process was quick. The car was clean and extremely nice. 

I originally booked the car for the day but needed to extend the rental an additional day. Easy without fuss. When I did return the car, I had no issues and the process was as quick out as it had been going in. The Avis representative, on my return, was also polite and made the process seamless. 

I would recommend this Avis Car Rental to visiting relatives and friends based on my experience.
