This location was AMAZING! I loved their attitude and they were so nice and helped me get into a car after my car was damaged. They were way more helpful than my actual insurance company. Jenna was really friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Fantastic service.  Rented so many times from them.  They always take care of you.  Going above and beyond doing their job.

I rented cars 15+ times there.  Never had a problem.  Isabelle has done a great service in taking care of me as a customer.  Enterprise makes sure I am happy with my rental experience.

I'm very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism I experienced with a rental at this location.  I made a reservation for a road trip to Las Vegas from Phoenix for a work conference 5/8 through 5/10.  Right off the bat, my wife's name, not mine, somehow was entered into the system.  I immediately called the location to change that (since I had no idea how my wife's name even came into the equation), but was promised this would be changed when I came in to pick up the car.  Well, it never was changed and I see that I wasn't even listed as a permitted driver on the vehicle when I was travelling for work BY MYSELF.  Had I encountered any problem, would I have even been an authorized person to be in possession of the vehicle?

What's worse, I opted to let the location choose the vehicle for the price of a compact.  I was given a Nissan Frontier, meaning I had to fill up three times in three days because the fuel economy was so poor.  I understand that you got to choose the vehicle, but was it really necessary to give me a pick up truck?  

What's worse, the vehicle smelled like a bar!  I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and had to smell the putrid smell of cigarettes for five hours each way driving to and from Vegas.  I left the windows down part of the way, hoping it would air out.  That barely helped.  Clearly, whoever last checked this vehicle had to know that it was polluted with cigarette smoke, but chose to rent it out anyway rather than clean it.

Lastly, I wanted to drop the vehicle off the evening I got back, but had to wait until the following morning, when I didn't have a ride, and walk back home because this location wouldn't permit vehicles to be dropped off after hours.

Next time, I am definitely going Budget.

I LOVE HANAH! SHE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She is primarily the reason why I continue to rent vehicles from this specific location. Thank you Hannah :)
