Horrible Experience **** Keep driving to another reputable establishment*******- Never experienced such poor customer service compiled with fraud built into their business model.  The staff charged a windshield that was chipped less that than a dime size.  The chip was present at the time of pick up.  The agent at time of pick up said "Just sing here".. my mistake for trusting a shady operation.  I became the back end of a scam costing me 220 dollars extra.  After paying close to 800 dollars for a trip from California to Arizona over the long weekend, I got taken for a windshield I  did not break.  I wonder how many other poor customers come into this problem.  Never trusting Budget, my experience has left me felt cheated and taken advantage of by the agent who checked me out and by the agent checking me in and most of all by Budget -  I played my part as a client and they took me for a ride.  They are Scam Artist, stay clear of this place!!!!!

The absolute worst two woman working the desk. I am not an angry person and I do not usually get too upset but they were rude and sketchy to the point that I left. 

        First, I went with my mother to help her get a rental because someone hit her car. I have my mother on my AARP account which gets a percentage off and free upgrade sweet!. However the lady said because my name was on the card and not my mothers she couldn't use it. The funny thing is the information stored on the magnetic strip contains the same data as my mothers card because it's the same account number. I even pulled up my mothers temporary online card. 

          Finally, after detecting that I was upset at her refusal to apply a simple discount she said "Oh I can get the price for a basic economy car down to $42 a day" which was down from $45 but our online quote of $35 a day was our goal (max being paid by insurance). I asked about the free AARP upgrade and she got defensive implying that it was "Nascar weekend and that there was no way she could give the free upgrade. Especially because I can't swipe "your" card for your mother. 

         After realizing that the woman just couldn't get anything done for us we left. I am upset I did not get the ladies name because I would have reported her to someone. I know she sits on the left of the desk and it was a weekday at an hour and a half before closing. She really had me upset like shaking because she could not wrap her mind around the fact that the AARP cards number is the same for both accounts. And come to find out.... We went to another budget location and barely made it before closing. But we had a completely different experience entirely. 

      At the other location the man was nice and even hooked my mother up with the discount AND upgrade WITHOUT SWIPING THE FRIGGIN AARP CARD. What a crazy concept... Ultimately he got the price down closer to where we needed. If he hadn't given the experience he did I would never consider budget again but they will remain an option.

REQUIRES 600+ CREDIT SCORE TO RENT A CAR. Ah, the poor, one of the last classes of people you can legally discriminate against. This is Classism at it's finest. If you required a larger deposit, sure, but straight or saying no is disgraceful. 

This is not said on ant third party site, you have reserve your car and have to actually come in to find out they denied you because you're not a high enough class of person to rent from them. 

They're called BUDGET, but you have to have great credit to actually get to rent from them. Their name is misleading.

This is the worst location to go to. These people are only there to make a quick buck they’ll quote you a price on the phone and then have sign a contract that isn’t what they quoted you. Beware the fine print!!!!!
