I want to express my gratitude to Stella Aghababian. Short time ago I had an accident and she really did great job. Previously I had bad experience with another car rent company.
But I can surely say that enterprise is the best and Stella is one of the best employees of this company.
She helped me to solve all the problems and offered me the best option for car rent. She did amazing job. Thank you Stella very much. I'd recommend everyone specially people who speak Armenian to turn to Stella whenever they want to rent a car.

Good, pleasant experience.  Staff quickly corrected the system error on my choice of car, even providing an upgrade.  Nice cars too!  Pick-up service is great!

My five stars is for Tyler who was completely  amazing, professional and SO helpful! She took great care of me and was super friendly, a great asset to the company!! I look forward to seeing her for my next rental.

Side note, while I didn't work with the manager, I observed his behavior with other guests and he does not belong in management or customer service. When I came to return my car, he acknowledged  another guest asking if they'd been helped, they had, then he asked me and when I told him no and walked to the counter he awkwardly told me I still needed to wait to be helped, said sorry and pranced to his office. He doesn't smile, but looks at people awkwardly and why did he ask if I needed help if he didn't intend on helping me?! Take note upper management peeps, because he also looked incredibly 😵 hungover.

The service is fast and friendly!  They always seem to go out of their way to  make the process an easy one.

I've used this Enterprise twice in the last few months and the biggest benefit is the friendliness of the staff. They enjoy making their customers smile and are very helpful and laid back. They also aren't sticklers on if you have a few less gallons in the tank than when you got it like so many other rental places which is a huge benefit that you don't have to spend money on extra gas to get it exactly right. The environment here is fun, laid back and relaxing!
