I rent a car monthly and I have dealt with several other companies. Hertz in glendale always makes sure to work with me to ensure I have the best experience possible. They care about their performance. You definitely might need some patience from time to time also because they are very busy, so try get there early and make sure you book online that should facilitate your experience.

The worst experience I have had picking up a rental car. I waited for almost an hour before being helped. There was only 1 employee helping a long line of people. Consider the competition.

I really liked the service at this location specially the lady working there she is efficient and knows how to deal with different customers.

I rented from this place several times during the last 2 years and overall they provide good cars and service.
