I've rented cars from lots of different Enterprise locations and other rental companies in my day. This by far was the best experience I've ever had thus far  Samantha helped us out initially and gave us a great deal. The car was clean and we had zero issues. When I finally dropped off the car the 2 gentlemen (didn't catch their names) working were awesome with their customer service. I will be coming to this location from here on out. Thanks everyone!

Just to let everyone know this,each time you rent a vehicle from this location make sure you take a very good look at the vehicle and point out everything you see to matter how small it is. Please don't believe when they say things like it's okay  as long as it's smaller than I quarter or something. Please be very mindful   while dealing with this location. They just got me for a hole in the  front bumper that I didn't know anything about because of the size just because I was running out of time and need to pickup families at the airport.

If you rent from here don't count on the employees when they do the inspection of the car before you take off with your rental. Take your own pictures of the entire car before you leave. They tried blaming my dad for damage to the car that we had no clue was on there. When we tried explaining to the guy that it wasnt our fault for the damage he tried telling us that we were trying to change our story. They also gave us a car with an expired license plate before that. Would never recommend to rent from this location.

Service is top notch, no complaining here, they upgraded me to a full sized SUV because they didn't have the vehicle I requested, other person had extended their rental. I have rented several times from this location, and they always go above and beyond to make the customer happy.  John

Always excellent customer service.  Each time we go into this office, it is always hopping with customers but they handle people in order and efficiently.
