Johnson is always so helpful with me.  Last week I called before I decided to rent since he has always been helpful with me, I wanted to make sure that he was going to be there when I pick up my car.  There were others there in the past, one I remember was Jesse, and then there was a woman, but I do not see them anymore.  Please give Johnson the credit he deserves, always busy at this location but still professional and very attentive.  There are 2 new guys there I've been seeing, both are very friendly what little interaction I had with them.  They should be recognized for their customer service!

Johnson and Angelo made this rental experience as easy and stress-free as it could be. I mean, if you're reading this, you know how stressful renting a car can be. Johnson was composed (calm and respectful while dealing with customers), Angelo was thoughtful (let my husband leave the stroller in the office while he went to get gas with our sleeping baby, because he had already taken the stroller out of the car when he realized that he had forgotten to put in gas). Well done Guys! We'll definitely rent from this Glendale location when we're in town again. 
The only negative thing was NOT related to this location at all, but rather to Budget as a whole. We would have preferred to rent the car for one more day and drop off our car at the airport (as we were flying out the next day), but we found out that it would cost an additional amount of money that was completely unreasonable. Budget, you definitely have to work on that fee. I call that gouging. I'd give my money to Uber over you anytime in that situation. That definitely ruined an otherwise very positive Budget experience.

My mom rented a moving truck from them and it broke down two hours into driving it. It broke down because they didn't checking the oil levels. It had zero oil so the transmission completely broke down. My mom called customer service and she had to wait 9 hours in total for 3 different tow trucks and for the replacement moving truck to be brought. The guy who brought the new moving truck didn't even want to help my mom unload and load our stuff. They had my mom wait for 10 minutes on hold with customer service and transferred her a total of 5 times. Horrible service. It's probably explains why they're so cheap to rent.

Great, fast and efficient service by Angelo. Very pleasant and hard working. I highly recommend you do business at this branch. The guys here are very helpful and friendly.

Last November my husband and I rented an SUV for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. I had reserved online and locked in decent deal. We needed an SUV because we have 3 kids and we're bringing a TV back with us. I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped us. When we got there the SUV we got was a Kia crossover type suv. Although it had plenty of seats it was NOT going to work because it's not really an SUV like a Tahoe or Explorer like the website had said. But all car places have different methods of grouping cars into categories. The woman was extremely helpful and while we were trying to think how to make it work she said okay, well, I have a Lincoln Navigator I can upgrade you to. But it's still going to be an extra $300, we saw it and obviously it was huge and exactly what we needed and more. In the end, she charged us an extra $200 instead of $300, which meant our week long rental over a holiday for a full size luxury SUV after taxes was just over $600. I was extremely happy and the car was more than perfect. We fit a family of five, a 60 inch TV and about 50 wrapped Christmas gifts and our luggage inside on our way home. we used to go to another rental close to our house, let's call it Mertz. And every time I felt like we got screwed in the end. I'm going back to Budget today actually for another week long trip. Hopefully I can update with a just as positive review.
