Took my 2011 Honda Pilot in to get the timing belt kit replaced. They were ready for me when I arrived and got the work done in less than half a day. Once they were finished, they washed it up and called me for pick up. Scott was really nice and upfront about everything. All in all, it was exactly what you hope for when you take a vehicle in for service. Perfect!! Thanks guys and gals!

I always receive excellent maintenance service at Jerry Damson. Most importantly, they are honest with me about the services necessary to maintain my car. The personnel are very nice and pleasant. They have great snacks in the lounge and I also love the complementary car washes. It’s been much better treatment than the other Honda dealership I left.

I cannot express enough how amazing these people are. Everyone at Jerry Damson is very friendly, not pushy, and are honest people. I recently bought a Honda from them and I worked with Chris. He and his staff were absoloutely amazing people. This is the only dealership that I have been to where I truly felt like everyone was genuine and fair. I will be highly recommending this team to everyone I know!!! Thank you for giving me my new car at a good price and making my experience nothing short of the best. This dealership truly knows what good customer service looks like. I am beyond impressed at how real and genuine everyone is and it is greatly appreciated!

I took my Accord for a battery recall and for one tire to be checked for the tire pressure sensor. When they were done with my car, the man started to talk to me about the patch on my tire and how it was ripped with a slow leak. He said that the tire was not repairable. I was irritated because this is not what I came for in the first place. He did not mention my tire sensor at all. I had to ask him about it and he replied "oh yeah, that is fine." So, I said in response to him telling me that I needed to buy a $160 new tire, "Well, I just find that hard to believe. I will have my father look into this." He tried to tell me again that I should not be driving on the tire. I went home. The next morning I had my father take my car to Minor Tire in Decatur. He had the best mechanic work on my tire. They submerged it in water. They could not see ANY LEAK AT ALL. They told my father that the patch is fine and that it should last a long time and that the tire tread would wear out before the patch does. So, I am posting this as a warning to all women that go to Jerry Damson Honda in Huntsville. Do not trust them. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION FROM SOMEONE YOU TRUST. Once again I have experienced a man in the car business trying to take advantage of my being a woman. I will also add that the day before I came to Jerry Damson Honda of Huntsville I got my oil changed and car inspected at Express Oil Change in Decatur. The man checked the tire pressure on all four tires. He assured me that my tires were "in good shape."

I was appalled how I was treated in 2016. I bought a 1996 Honda Accord in Decatur in 1999. The car has been great and still running. The car is immaculate. I took very care of it, but my ex husband has it now. In 2010 I bought a Ford Escape from this location and it too has been a good car except I didn't know that it is a common problem for the transmissions to go bad before a decade and now it isn't drivable. But to get back to the main problem I have with this location is that I bought a 2007 Nissan and the transmission died a month later. My husband brought this to the managers attention and he had no sympathy putting my five children in danger. I travel to Chattanooga, TN a few times a month to visit family and I24 is no place you want to break down on especially with children. The manager said he knew of this problem and sold me the car anyways. I was so heartbroken because I couldn't buy anything for my children's Christmas. My mother died unexpectedly during the Christmas holidays last year as well, so it was just a bad holiday all the way around. The manager said he wouldn't have bought a used car in the first place. That made me so angry. He never apologized to me either. Also he referred my car to a garage they use and they pretended to fix it and didn't. They took my money and my car was still broke but worse. I looked at the mileage and he admitted he took his wife out on a date to test drive it. I got very upset because I'm still waiting for my husband to take me on a date in it, but we can't afford to go out on real date due to car payments and the credit card I had to spend $3000.00 with to pay a real certified transmission business to fix it. Oh well! Live and Learn!!
