I had yet another fantastic experience with a rental car from Enterprise. This time with the store on Camelback in Phoenix. I only use Enterprise because I have never, ever had a bad experience – no matter where or what state. This was my first experience with the Phoenix store on Camelback and it was great. This store is large, safe, clean and offers a great selection. 
I would like to shout out a big thank you to the outstanding manager Nick and the entire team for all they did for me during my almost 6 weeks renting a car from them. I would like to share a few things that were exceptional about my experience at this Enterprise shop. 
First of all, I did not expect my truck to be in repair for more than a week or two. I am retired and on a limited budget. Nick was willing to work with me and put me in an amazing Jeep SUV at a reasonable price. He would (or other staff members) consistently follow up with calls to make sure everything was fine with the rental. After a month went by, I called and said I had to turn in the Jeep for financial reasons. Nick and Moria (sp?) again worked with me by offering a lower price, given I had the rental so long. Towards the end, I went back to their shop to trade in the Jeep for a smaller, less expensive rental because I did not know how much longer my truck would be in repair. Again, they hooked me up with a nice little car and I price I could live with. Well that was on a Friday late afternoon and there were at least 25 people in line. I observed firsthand how well the entire staff operated under stress. They were all amazing and displayed calm under pressure while offering the best customer service. All four of the staff members treated each individual customer like they were the only person in line. I was impressed with the staff's patience and professionalism. I believe a business is successful if they have good management as a role model. Nick, my thanks to you for leading a great group of professionals. Your friendliness, personable, yet professional, attitude is contagious. Not one customer appeared to be upset with the long wait because it was obvious you and your entire team truly cared and worked diligently to accommodate everyone. I also noticed how well your staff worked as a team, helping each other out etc. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location if you need a car rental in the Phoenix area.

I was in an accident that totaled my car. My insurance set me up with this location. I was sore, could barely stay upright but needed a car. Within 10 mins of speaking to a young lady, they picked me up and took me to get a vehicle. I wish I could remember the girl who helped me but the entire group was awesome. Got me into a nice Jeep Grand Cherokee, nicer vehicle than the one that got totaled. I strongly suggest when shopping for car insurance, make sure they have an agreement with Enterprise.

My vehicle broke down, my Insurance company reserved a car then later insurance denied the claim,I went back and talked to Nicholas the best man on earth who was ready to help me out till I got myself situated.
I will recommend this location to anyone,the staff are friendly and very professional.
Nick am sorry patriots lost but it was 1 entertaining game.
Keep it up .

I've rented from Enterprise for over 20 years, they are #1. The cambelback staff in Arizona are A one in customer service. Nick and his team are the best!
