I've been going to this Enterprise location for over three years.  I used to dread going in; hour wait minimum, obvious over-worked employees stressed to their limits trying to keep a ship afloat, and you could never get someone on the phone.  All of that has changed.  Dramatically so.  The staff is friendly and seem genuinely happy to work there.  I walk right up to the front desk and get service.  They work as a team w/synergy.  Kudos to management.  Bottom line; somehow Enterprise has managed to keep their prices the lowest around - that's nothing new - but with this level of customer service count me in as a life-long loyal customer.

I love the staff there I went in at night and had 15 min before they closed. Some would show their anger but they were so kind even offering me cookies (the weekend before Christmas). There was no problem. I will definitely go to them next time I need to rent a car.

It got busy just as we got there, but honestly the man who waited on us was quite efficient and friendly.  The wait was a bit long, but for Friday at 4:30 it was understandable.  They offered water.  We got a nice car.

The whole staff is well trained and in my experience are always always have it together. There are the long lines at time but the staff are so kind and courteous and the lines tend to go fairly fast. My vehicle is always prepared with drive up service when its ready. I wouldn't change the staff for anything.

Had to change car rental when I made a mistake and rented from Budget - they do not let cars to to Mexico.  When we went back to Enterprise they were very professional, cool under a lot of pressure and customer service was great.  They dealt with two difficult customers while managing two others. We'll done, Enterprise on 7th.
