Unacceptable service. The rep left early on Saturday. We were at the desk at 11:40 and they weren't there. They are supposed to be open until 12. So I made a reservation on the phone for 9:00 on Sunday. We showed up at 8:55, ready to pick up our car. The rep did not show up until 9:15 and only had one car ready even though there were 5 people with 9:00 reservations. So we had to sit and wait over an hour for him to get everyone who already had a reservation. It is beyond frustrating. We needed to be on the road, and now we are going to be late because of this company's incompetency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Set up rental and pick up online and she even went a little out of her area to pick up my boyfriend (Roger Boyd) I was surprised to see a low rating so wanted to assure we had a great experience with this location. I can't remember the driver name but she was extremely nice and helpful.

So I rent a car here.  I receive a confirmation number from the website.  Store hours say they open at 9am on Saturday, as does the sign on their rental desk.  So I walk over from my house to get the car around 8:50am.  I then wait until 9:20am for someone to show up.  When I call, she tells me she is in the garage.  Okay, well I am at your desk, I need to get on the road and its 9:10am.  (Maybe I should have met her in the garage and searched around for her?  SnapChat her?  Facebook friend her?  Do I need to send a search rescue party?  What?).    Anyway, I booked my car on line with confirmation, she is 20 minutes late and when she shows up, she tells me they are actually sold out of cars (the web site is not sync'd up with her car inventory she tells me -- a billion dollar company and they don't have proper inventory management systems???).  So I wasted an hour+ of my time with these guys and walked away with a "sorry".  Beware of late employees, crappy inventory systems and simple sorrys.  In short, you don't have to believe this review, but you should call ahead and make sure everything is good before you waste your time too.
