The guy running the place looked like a one-man show. I was all the more impressed when I saw how fast he worked. He was clearly on his game. When I was supposed to pick the car up, he called me on my cell and informed me that the car won't be available in time and that I have the option to save myself the wait and arrive 30 minutes later. Then he called me again that he will give me a larger car. I loved that he took the initiative and reached out to give me an update. This saved me time. I came in, got my car, and drove off. Return was equally smooth uneventful. Long story short, very smooth service, very friendly and professional. One of the best experiences I've ever had renting a car.

Said my reservation was cancelled even though I had the printed confirmation with me.  They didn't have any cars available and refused to help me contact other locations in the area for availability.  I spent two hours walking around the city with my suitcases trying to find a location with a car.  I even called the help line, reserved one on North Clark and was fully confirmed with the same price, only to find out when I arrived that there was never any reservation made.  The ladies at N. Clark, instead of helping me reserve the car, made me call the number in front of them, to resrve a car.  Seriously?  So basically, your job is to sit there and do nothing?  Not really a big deal, since I've already brought it up to my company (global) and we will definitely be looking into other car rental services.  This isn't even the first time Budget has been completely useless. Hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else.  I was over 2 hours late for my business trip.  Way to go, Budget.

I've used them twice and they've been simply fantastic. Customer service was impeccable.! Marcos is a true problem solver.

Marco was extremely helpful, and stayed open late but I had to run back to my hotel to find my drivers license. Very convenient location, good cars that include Apple CarPlay!  I appreciate that I can return the car to O'Hare, because picking it up downtown saves a lot of money on tax.

Amazing car rental facility, amazing costumer service, amazing and super fast service, amazing car. It was just an amazing experience overall. Will definitely recommend and use as for all my upcoming trips!
