When my husband & I arrived at the office for an early morning pickup, the rep was on the phone. It was obvious that she was talking to another Budget employee, but she didn't ask them to hold in order to greet us. She continued the conversation for at least 4 more minutes before finally hanging up. Still, no greeting. She just started taking our reservation info. After an unusually long time, she finally finished the paperwork. She then then said that the car was being washed and would be ready in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later, another employee brings the car out. He seemed to be in a bad mood, too. No greeting from him, either. He then started arguing with the rep, right in front of us. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend renting from this location.

Olivia was very rude today! I understand we were late getting our rental. She was so angry about it, started telling us about the policies. Ok great now we know. I rent from here often. Then someone called her from another store, and she goes "yea these people were late" ok sue us! She was just so rude. First rude person to encounter. She needs customer service training!

Absolute worst experience ever. I have rented many cars and have never encountered the problems we encountered here. Problem after problem and the Cars aren't here you will have to wait. Olivia is an absolute airhead. Doesn't know the rules and regs for car rental. An absolute disaster! Will never return.

it was horrible experience, DO NOT RENT HERE! prices are great, customer service horrible from employee linsey. one day prior to renting the car i was told they had to do a soft credit check becuase i was using a debit card (inconvient) so then i was told i had to bring my bills to be verified & the lady made comments about late payments although she was supposed to just verify my address. anyway receiving the car, the tank was almost full, so i returned the car the same way i received it and linsey tells me it was a full tank and basically had an entire argument with me about how i was wrong which i was not! horrible customer service, i was taught the customer is always right. she was completely rude and there terms are just completely off.
