EASY! check in and return were fast and easy. Both individuals were nice. I was worried they would try to stiff me with some BS about the car. Just get the full coverage for $20. Car was up front and ready to go. Only confusing part was how to get the top off but figured it out fast enough. Pleasantly surprised on the condition and year of the car. Corvette was worth it.

When I returned my car, the employee inspected the car for damages and accused me of causing a very small nick in the windshield (I am talking about something smaller than a pea). Luckily I took pictures of the car prior to leaving the garage and could prove I did not cause the damage. The employee said something like, “Good Job! You saved yourself 15 bucks!” 1) It is not my responsibility to prove that I did not cause every nick and scratch on the car (this one was covered in small scratches). If Hertz is that concerned, they need to have someone walk out to the car when you pick it up, walk around it, and make note of every existing scratch they are concerned about. They did not do this - they just told me they keys were in the car. 2) When an employee acts like I am getting a discount for doing the work to prove I did not cause the damage I was accused of, it makes it seem like the employees are required (or at least encouraged) to find some type of “damage” to effectively increase the total price of the rental. 3) this is the second time in a row Hertz has nit picked what I would consider insignificant cosmetic damage. These are things that should be considered normal wear and tear. Granted the last time was a different Hertz location and I was responsible for the minuscule cosmetic scratch, but Hertz is the only rental company I have done business with that has taken a metaphorical magnifying glass to the car upon return.

Great rental experience. Large selection of cars to choose from. Airport rental only cost $14.40 per weekend day. Brand new cars. Great customer service from Elton and Corey. Car was immaculate and this was a great bargain. Hertz at Las Vegas airport is the best car rental choice at this busy airport which handles over forty million passengers per year.

They delayed us for 1.5 hours , due to which we missed the view at the Grand Canyon at noon which was the main focus of our trip . It really upset me and my girlfriend. I really hoped that they would be a little professional . That was the last time my friends or me and my family will be renting from hertz. The person who gave us the car acted like she was doing us a favor. Firstly, we were given a car which was not even in the mentioned spot. We were asked to go to the Gold service to pick up another one. They weren't even open at 7 am (which they should have been as this is at an airport and claim to be, open from 5am) which they took over 45 minutes (which was freezing cold as the place was open but, no employees no lights ,no heat) to open and switch on their systems. The person on the counter was very rude towards us even though I think her manager was beside her. I mean is this how Hertz treat their customers? Pathetic, learn from Enterprise for their customer service. Hertz cost us $3000 worth of trip! Really sad that they got away with this, and do not value their customers time. Wish there was zero stars to rate them.

Always friendly and accommodating. I wanted a certain car in my class and they went to check and brought me one. Easy to get in and go. Gold member is the way robe.
