Overall great experience at the Las Vegas location. Agent was friendly and not pushy. He also identified the existing scratches on vehicle. The shuttle service was very prompt both on pick up and drop off. Its literally across the street. The only down fall was the wait for the vehicle at pick up. I assumed would be ready given that we had prepaid and selected a vehicle using the app days ahead and were on time as scheduled. Very clean facility and they appeared to have a nice range of luxury and basic vehicles. Fortunately no extra charges added. Will definitely use again.

For our first experience with Sixt it was great. I’d give them 7 stars if they were here. Easy return and pick up. We had to wait at airport for maybe 5 minutes for the shuttle. Guy was very personable. 
The price was really good. We’ve spent over $100. Plus at McCaren ! Great place we will return next visit and share with family and friends!!

Check your Vehicle when you pick it up for Damage. Take pictures. Do not  depend on the attendant to do this. Do the same thing when you drop it off. 
       I dropped off a vehicle that was in the exact same condition i picked it up in, except a little road dust. I received an email from the claims department a week later claiming I damaged the vehicle. I let them know that I asked the attendant to look the car over and they gave me the "Ok, it looks good". At that point I left to get to the airport, and received a receipt in my email. The lot where you drop off is in the back of the building and the attendants have to make a sharp left turn to exit the lot. Cars were lined up along the edge of the area where the sharp left has to happen. I am 100% sure that the attendant who took the vehicle off the line did not make the turn and clipped a vehicle. If I did the damage, I would take responsibility. I did not do this and think it is pretty crappy to try to collect from me when the vehicle was turned in with no damage. I rent from Sixt 2 to 3 times a month in Atlanta, Orlando and Tampa for Business and never have an issue. This has taught me a lesson, Never leave the lot without pointing out any damage you find when you pick it up. TAKE PICTURE THAT HAVE A DATE AND LOCATION MARKER IN THEM. ALWAYS RECORD YOUR TURN IN AUDIO AND VIDEO IF YOU CAN. Buyer beware in the Vegas Location!
Follow up to above review. After looking at my receipt from when I picked the vehicle up, the damage that they claimed I caused was on the receipt when I picked up the car. I called the claims department, they looked at the details and said they would take care of it. I have heard nothing from them in 7 months now. I also have all documentation that this claim was dismissed. Looks like someone at the Las Vegas location was trying to get paid for something they already knew was wrong with the vehicle. Pretty Shady. I will say, every other location I have rented from has been no problem.

Great service, great prices. My rental had a nail in the tire and i had to exchange it. Reese and the manager helped me swap it out and put me in a nice new volvo. Sweet car! I couldn't figure out how to open the gas cap so they charged me for the gas only and not the fill fee.. Thanks Reese and manager!

Highly recommend Sixt. Glad we found this place. Best prices  and awesome vehicle selection ! Mr. Hakim was awesome! He upgraded our vehicle at no extra charge and was very professional and kind.  Thanks for all your help ! We will be back.
