At first I was skeptical of having to go offsite for a car rental. I'm glad to say I was proven wrong. From getting there to grabbing my vehicle, to returning the vehicle everything was seamless. Never waited more than a few minutes. Everything was well laid out and the staff were very friendly. Great concept more airports should consider.

One of the most convenient rental car center simply because all the rental services are located in the same place. Hence the shuttle frequency is good while picking up as well as dropping. Plus there are multiple signs reminding you to return keys before heading out. Moreover, even the shuttles have a keys drop box in case you forget in a rush to get to your flight.

Experience was good, especially since I was dealing with 5 bags and a dog. From the shuttle driver being very helpful to the quick process of getting my car and locating it with the help of the garage attendants. Customer service was excellent and appreciated after a long flight.

Good Selection, Open 24 Hours

Very convenient location for airport travelers, bus riders and locals. Free shuttles from the airport to the car rental terminal. Literally a block from the bus terminal on Gillespie. Plenty of parking for locals.

Cabs are waiting outside the terminal for your convenience. Or you can walk to the bus terminal and take the SBX to go down the Strip. The South Outlet  Mall is a ten minute walk away.

Plenty of rental companies are inside. I would suggest make a reservation online first and shop for deals. Going without a reservation is a sure way to get jacked on the price.

Great people. Our rental was clean and ran well. The gas mileage was excellent. I even liked the color. Return was painless.
