This was a great experience. Check in was fast and efficient (I checked in first thing in the morning) and the car I got had plenty of room for what I needed and was in good condition.  Returning the vehicle at night was even easier.  It was as easy as it gets.  I'm not sure what all the other reviews are talking about but there are not extra charges.  You get unlimited miles and the only extra charge there may be is insurance if you want to pay for it.  Prices were also below any leading car rental places I have ever been too.  This location is in a small strip mall but I actually preferred this because it is away from all of the hustle and bustle of the airport car rental places where there are a ton of people that you have to deal with.  At 6am when I picked up the vehicle, I was the only person there, which made the wait zero. I am a local resident and took the car out of state and there were no extra charges like other reviews have stated.

this was the absolute worse car rental experience i ever had.  car smelled like someone died in it... they tried to cover it up with heavy heavy potpouri which only lasted the first day.  shuttle wait time was extremely long.  front desk service workers were very very very very slow and had no urgency to get customers going.  it was as if it was a privilege to get served.  manager was extremely rude... told me to contact orbitz b/c of an inaccurate quote.  do yourself a favor and look elsewhere even if you have to pay more.

Renter beware.. First and foremost you have to take to shuttles to get to this place. I think it ended up taking about an hour. Second of all no one there was friendly. When I got there they told  me that I had to have their insurance 25/ day  otherwise I couldn't get the car I explained I had insurance they said I had to show my insurance card which I had an email unfortunately it did not have the expiration date so they wouldn't take it as proof of insurance. They make you pay for all the gas up front which I believe was approximately $50.. I had to give them a $300 deposit also. When I return the car they forgot to take off the gas and tried to charge me for it. I had to argue that I brought the car back full. They were not busy at all when I return the car and it still took 25 minutes. Thank goodness I was not on a time frame to get back to the airport.. stay away from this place.

Service picking up The car and dropping it off was great. It's a little out of the way from the airport and other rentals, had to take an additional shuttle to get here. Guys driving the car to you and taking it from you were phenomenal. I dropped off my car and walked to the front desk to ask a question and the two males sitting at the desk at 10:15 were having a conversation so I politely waited for them to finish. They finished and started another conversation, leaving me standing. I won't be back. Terrible front desk service from those two males. I only give this company a two due to the guys in the back doing the work.

Horrible!!! We reserved a minivan months in advance through Economy Rent a Car (represented by Verve car rental), and when we arrived (on Thanksgiving Day) we were told that no minivans were available because they were "recalled"... and they also told us that somebody called us to tell us that (we had no missed calls or messages). The reason we needed a minivan was because there were going to be 7 of us, and we wouldn't fit into a car. They mentioned that they had a Jeep available, but would not rent it to us at the $15/day rate that we got online. We couldn't get a car from any other rental place on such short notice on a holiday, so we ended up taking a Hyundai Sonata. The rate turned out to be $285 for the week instead of the $166.47 that we agreed to online. To top it off, the car was FILTHY, we had to clean the haze off the inside of the windows ourselves before we could even drive it, and it looked like someone smeared a taco on the inside of the back door. There was garbage under the seats and in the seat back pockets as well. The employees were more concerned with placing sports bets than they were with helping us. Utterly disappointing.
