Originally I was scared off by the low review here, but I had a great experience! We booked an intermediate and got to choose a standard car for free. There was zero line. The price were reasonable and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus driver even decided to leave his break early to drive us to terminal 1. I would really recommend this place.

Very close to our hotel. That was the best part.  Girl behind the counter had NO personality. They need to do upgrading inside the building and in parking lot. There were very little lights in the parking lot to look your vehicle over. Good price, 5 minutes from our hotel. That was the 2 best parts of Fox car rental.

Waited in line for almost 30 min, with only 2 people in front me. Finally get to the counter for them to tell me that they cancelled my reservation!! 

You know sometime while flying there’s delays or even a flight change. Had the reservation to pick up @4 pm tho due to flight change had to pick up after midnight. So thinking nothing, because I’ve rented cars a million times and never had a problem with not getting the car at the time of reservation. OOOOO  but FOX is special you see. They will cancel your reservation after 3 hrs?!!! I tried to change the time first of all, but no phone # to directly co tact them, only email! So who knows if that would get through.

Manny the agent, couldn’t do anything and gave me an outrageous price compared to when I booked it. There was nothing saying anything about 3 hrs or cancellation anywhere!!

Thanks for wasting my time Fox! Do yourself a favor and never go to them. They took forever just to pick u up at the rental area, lines take forever while agents just disappear. Better just paying the extra few dollars and going to enterprise, budget or advantage!!!

The car was in perfect conditions and the costumer service was fast. They offer fill in the tank themselves at a 2,20 $/gal rate (good deal). But you prepay the whole tank before, so be aware of that.

Not a great facility and pretty far from the airport- you have to take a shuttle to the main car rental facility and then another shuttle from there. Once you get to the location, pray that it's not as packed as it was when I got there. Very near to an hour waiting in line. The car was not bad at all, I was given a brand new Kia soul for my "compact" reservation which I was pretty happy with. Make sure you leave a LOT of time when turning it in since it'll take quite a decent amount of time heading back to the airport.
