First time renting with National.... I have to say the experience was awesome! Not having to wait in a long line... Why isn't everyone doing this??? I just walked to the parking garage and picked a vehicle. I rented a SUV and it was great. The whole experience from start to finish was effortless and fast. I recommend National at airport locations.

I've been a National customer for a few years now and it is by FAR my favorite rental service. The app is so easy to use, the perks build up faster than you think, and the fact that you just get to walk to the lot and choose from an array of cars is... gold. They usually have Jeeps so I normally opt for that, but I've always seen Nissan Altima's which is a really decent rental car. I've never had any trouble with a reservation and the few times I've talked with Customer Service, or lot attendants has been awesome. Once, I was getting in late, and jokingly said in my reservation comments it'd be nice to have a mint upon arrival. They freaking had a mint waiting for me! They're killing it. Would 100% recommend them.

Very good service.  We got off the plane, skipped the counter, and went directly for our car.  We received prompt attention when we picked up SUV.  Dropping off was just as convenient.  As advertised.

I was very impressed with my rental from National. I asked a question about which car I could grab in the Emerald section and the manager (Steve?) walked me to the section and told me I could take a SUV over a mini van. If there were any issues on checking out the SUV, he would take care of it. I would definitely rent from here again. Jeff

My last few rentals have been great.  Easy pick up and drop off.  Great service by well trained and friendly staff.  Best car rental rates I can find in Vegas.  Wll be renting again from National in May 2018.
