I took the risk of trying this place considering their low reviews...but I had no problems with this company. All the workers are nice, really little wait time for getting the car (there's three workers and wait time is dependent on the customers that they are dealing with). The car I got was AMAZING. In perfect shape. Even when we returned the car, the process was really quick (you return the car in the back, and a worker just checks the car for you). The only thing I wish for them to improve on is their shuttle car. They get a lot of customers so they need a bigger shuttle than just a 6 seat. The driver of that shuttle car is really nice though. People may view the company as horrible for their small shuttle BC of Las Vegas' hot temperatures (the heat is too strong).

Billing practices are non standard to charge you more.  They charge you initially when you get the car.  Then when you return it, they charge you again for a lot of services you didn't want and say it's standard.  So you end up thinking you're getting a great deal, but really, you'll pay 40 percent more when you get back.  They have a charge for a spare tire in the car...really?  Just go with a major company and get better service, cars, and transparency for the same amount.  You're not saving going with these cheapo companies.  Ace, if you want better ratings, be less sleazy.

Make sure you check, double check and triple check your contract with them regardless of what your reservation or what you verbally tell them you want. I reserved 4 days for "$14.99" a day. No liability, no roadside or any extra amenities. My total the first time came out just over $100. When I returned I found out they had charged me for every extra option they had and it came out to be over $340. Trying to call them, leave messages, email, etc and I got no response until the third day. I've rented a lot of cars in my life, dealt with most the companies and they've always been very accommodating. I implore you not to go through these people as they falsely advertise and try to trick you into paying 3 times the initial quoted cost. Look at their 1.5 star review, read the comments, be aware what you're getting into and know it's not as cheap as they advertise nor is it even connected to the convenience of the airport.

I wish I could give a negative rating. This place deserves a negative 10. Crooked people and crooked business practices. I will NEVER deal with this "business" again and I do not recommend them to anyone who values their own time and money.

Rented back in May and needed this time to cool off and not write a much longer review. I travel all the time and this is about as bad as it gets.  All I can say is be careful with this agency. First, they unlike other Vegas car rentals, demanded proof of insurance. It was a Mexican standoff at the counter until they finally relented.  Then was given a car with temp tag on the front windshield. Worried about getting pulled over the entire week. Upon return, it was so busy and unorganized that they begged me and another renter to trust them to email the final receipt. After begging on the telephone for the final invoice they didn't give me the fuel-return full credit. That is where it got worse.  It took 5 or 6 different telephone calls to finally get it worked out and I still lost money since they wouldn't recognize the credit.  I could go on and on but it's not worth it.  Simply-renter beware. They are cheap but they also are about as unprofessional as it gets.
