Great experience with them. The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. I got an upgrade to a jeep truck from a compact car for $116/week. I have been out of a car because mine was totaled and enterprise and everywhere else wanted to charge 320/week or $980 a month just for a compact car. This was the best option and I thought I would have a hard time renting with them but the fast break membership makes it quick and easy. I am literally in and out they just check my license and card I paid with online and had me the keys and paperwork.

I never was happy with the Libertyville location on Peterson Rd. which is not convenient and I received poor service.  My favorite location was on Milwaukee Avenue and Rockland Rd.  The most convenient place and Jenny was a top-notch employee.  Very knowledgable, helpful and kind.  What a shame that I learned that the Milwaukee Rd. location in Libertyville has been closed!  I will be searching elsewhere for a rental car.

Reserved a car here for the long  weekend and they gave me a dirty suv with dog hair.  
You can see the pictures below.
When I called the rental officer jenny asked me to come and tried to offer me a different car(boring)I didn't need that because I wanted to drive something exciting for the money I paid for the rental. 
Actually they should have given me an upgrade for the trouble. 
My trip got delayed because of this and my entire day was wasted. 
They even didn't care that I am a long time renter at this particular place.

They lied and said that I had to get the insurance or else I would go to jail because I am "driving without insurance".

I have had nothing but a great experience at the Libertyville Budget. Jen is so awesome. She is friendly and very professional.  She goes out of her way to accommadate your needs. I recommend this facility for all your rental needs. GO JEN!!!!!
