I was worried when I initially saw the poor reviews. However, I was in and out with NO issues.  Everything was explained and, honestly, it was the best experience I've had with a car rental company. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in the area that is in need of a rental

Front staff not polite.  I Found it very amusing I was damn near threatened about a $200 fee if the car was not returned clean.  Get into the car the inside is dirty, reeks like cigarettes and had a cigarette burn on the seat.  I had to even request a vehicle walk around to check for existing damage.   The rental was being covered by an insurance claim I had the car for about a week and a half.  During this time I was bothered twice with a threatening like call about the rental car, when it would be returned and how I would be charged out of pocket, even after being reassured by the insurance company it was all covered.  very displeased about how I was treated, very displeased about the condition of the car I received and the service I was provided.  Just this one experience with this hertz location turned me away from hertz all together.  Wish I could give a zero star review.

Front desk employees are rude. And they send your paperwork off to a collection agency even though the payment was made before picking up the rental. Will never rent from here ever again.
