Rented an SUV here over the holidays. The staff was youthful, energetic, and friendly. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get the transaction done and get on the road. The staff helped me resolve a bluetooth issue and notified me that I had left an item in the vehicle when I returned it. I recommend this Enterprise location and I will use it again.

I rented a car for 10 days & had a great price. When we arrived they did have the small car, but we asked for something a little bit larger and they didn't have anything except a really large SUV & now they wanted $100 a day for that.
They checked another rental car office and everybody was our cars. So I asked if she could go down on the price and she did go down to $85 a day.
 When we returned the car they gave us quite a bit of a hassle, wanting to charge us for an extra day instead of an hourly rate and also would not give us a ride 6 miles away.( Itwas against their rules...) I was pretty disgusted with enterprise and I've rented from them for a long time. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

Zach Davis did a great job with the rental after my accident. He was diligent and patient. Knows what has to happen to provide good customer service.

Had to have a Utility Bill in order to use my Debit card. Otherwise the car worked great no complaints on the vehicle itself.
