I am very pleased with Hertz service, their cars are clean and very well maintained. I am also impressed with their return process. It is quick and hassle free. It is comforting to know that after travelling more than 14,000 Km, my desired car is waiting for me.

This location has been disappointing on every occasion I have been there and I will not use it again. They ran out of cars even though I had a reservation and am a gold member, renting cars on a regular basis. Secondly, when I got there on March 15, there was no one there and the window was closed. It was not lunch time and there was no note that they would be right back. Numerous angry people waiting and one person finally called the Hertz customer service. Half an hour later, a man appears. He said that they do not have the car I reserved. Offered me a different model which was small for a family of four but I was forced to take it as according to him. this was it. Very hard to squeeze in four people and four suitcases. I cannot understand how they can not have a car when you have a reservation!! Do not let people keep cars longer if you dont have the stock to accomodate everyone. Hertz is becoming a pain in my you know what and gold card or not , I have to take my business elsewhere. To top it off, the car he gave me had no gas- it was on empty. I made him write it on my slip. When I go to drop the car off, the lady said the paperwork said the tank is full!!!! I showed her the paper ( thank goodness I had the sense to make him write it down or more money down the drain) The staff at this location are rude and do not know how to do their job. Staff are lazy and service is super slow. It may cost a bit more to get a car at LAX, but I highly recommend it. They are liars and cheaters and close up shop when they do not want to deal with customers. Way too many other companies out there people to waste your time and money on Hertz!

very polite and helpfull staff.. we booked an AWD for our honeymoon and enjoyed the ride to lake tahoe

Complete & utter nightmare. Awful, awful, awful (times 1000). Rented a car, returned it perfectly fine, and they kept charging my credit card- saying the car wasn't returned. Still dealing with it...
